How do I place an order?

Please contact us to obtain price list.  We have three options for ordering-

1.  Email us  

2.  Phone us +61 404 008 479 (overseas) or AU 1300 944 355.  

We will then contact you to discuss your order and requirements and provide a quotation based on ordered quantities.


How do I get my Tax Invoice?

Email us at and leave your details including date of purchase and we will email your Tax Invoice.




Can I cancel or change my order once the order is confirmed?

You can cancel or change your order before you submit the payment.  We will commence processing your order once the payment has been confirmed.  Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change your order.  If the item has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel or change your order.  

How do I check my order status?

All orders which are sent Interstate will have tracking information.  This information can be emailed to you upon request.  Once we have confirmed your payment, we will dispatch your order with 3 business days.



How do I pay?

Zigell accept the following payments:-


*  Paypal (please supply your paypal registered email address).

*  Bank Deposit - Please put your Surname/Company Name as reference when using Internet Banking or the last 4 

    digits of the item number when you deposit funds over the counter.  Please email us for further information regarding 

    bank deposit.

*  Credit Card - Mastercard, Visa, EFTPOS.

Can I pick up my goods?

Due to restrictions, there is no option to collect any goods.  We can however, organise delivery Australia wide.



What is a P Trap & S Trap?

Toilets can be installed 2 ways.  On the P trap toilet, the waste pipe is installed through the wall while the S Trap toilet is connected through the floor.  These measurements do change on each toilet.  Please refer to the item description for exact dimensions.


How do I get answers to specfic product questions?

Email us your question to and we will try to answer any queries and questions you have as soon as possible.  Please quote the product and the relevant item code in the email.


Do you offer Warranty on your Products?


All of our products are covered by Individual Warranties.  It is the Customers' responsibility to ensure that the items are installed by a Licensed & Professional Tradesperson.  Defects or damages from abnormal use, unauthorized repairs, alterations, improper installation, serviced incorrectly, altered, modified, tampered, converted, repaired and other acts which are not the fault of Zigell will not be covered by Warranty.


We are here to help and believe in complete customer satisfaction.


What is your Exchange Policy?

*  Customers can return or exchange goods for a refund within 7 days after the sale date.

*  All postage costs including any return postage fees are to be paid by  the customer.

*  Items returned will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.

*  Customers must contact us prior to shipping the goods back.

*  Items must be returned in their original packaging and in original undamaged condition.

*  All items will be thoroughly checked upon receipt.

*  Zigell reserves the right to reject any refund at its own discretion.


Why are your prices so low?

Zigell can offer prices substantially lower than other outlets because:


*  We source our products directly from manufacturers around the world;

*  We do not involve or rely on any intermediaries to source our products.



What are your opening hours?

We can be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by phoning +61 404 008 479.  We will then make a time for you to personally view our products direct from our Warehouse.


Shipping/Postage Information?



*  Items will not be shipped until payment has been received in full and presented as clear funds.  It will then be                  shipped within 1-2 business days after clearance has been confirmed.

*  Goods will be packed to ensure their safe arrival.

*  A tracking number can be provided upon request. 

*  Multiple items will be charged for combined postage and will be packed accordingly to minimize shipping costs.

*  If item is to be delivered via Courier, we can not accept PO Boxes as the delivery address.

*  All items will require a signatures upon delivery.
